#KidsMovieClub Short Story Anthology


“Think left and think right and think low and think high. Oh, the thinks you can think up if only you try!” – Dr. Seuss
And oh, did they ever try! For this session of #KidsMovieClub the children watched a film and afterwards they were given prompts to write their own short stories. Their commitment to each of their stories is inspirational – the children were so concerned they would not have enough time to complete their stories, that they took their work back to day care with them so their stories could be properly finished. The hope of this anthology is to encourage creativity whether it be in writing or drawing and help this creativity grow! What follows is a slightly edited version of short stories the children wrote:
